Registration

Would you like to take part in one of the WAMP design markets?
Please fill out the contact form with all required information on the website (or send us the completed PDF document by email at office@wamp.at).

Please make sure to complete your registration fully and accurately so we can book your booth accordingly and have all the necessary details for invoicing.

For logistical reasons and to ensure a diverse selection of exhibitors for WAMP visitors, WAMP Event GmbH reserves the right to allocate booths at its own discretion.

Fees

The services of WAMP Event GmbH are available only to persons 18 years of age and older.

A booth fee must be paid for sales and other activities at the WAMP design market. Each exhibitor is required to pay the fee for at least one booth unit. The rental fee includes the right to sell during the market as well as one sun umbrella for every 4 meters.

Table reservation

For your booked booth, you can optionally rent tables from us. You’re also welcome to bring your own setup or tables.

Sun umbrellas are provided free of charge across the venue. They are not distributed per booth but evenly across the entire area.

Table 80 × 80 cm with black cover: 20 EUR net (24 EUR gross)

Table 120 × 80 cm with black cover: 25 EUR net (30 EUR gross)

Electricity

If you need electricity for your booth, please indicate this when booking. A fee of 15 EUR (net) applies.

Extension cords and power strips are not provided by WAMP.

Industrial power: 40 EUR (net)

Participation fees may vary depending on the theme and season. Fees must be paid according to the invoice after registration.

Payment deadlines

The payment deadline for the invoice issued for market participation is the Thursday of the week before the market (9 days prior to the event). If payment has not been received by the deadline, the exhibitor loses the right to participate.

Payment by Bank Transfer

WAMP Event GmbH will issue an invoice for the stated amount. The invoice will be sent by email.

On-site payment is not possible. Installment payments are not accepted.

Cancellation

Applicants are entitled to cancel their participation in writing by 10:00 AM on the Wednesday of the week before the market (10 days prior to the event). In this case, the booth fee can be applied to the next market (refunds are not possible). If the cancellation is not submitted on time or the exhibitor does not show up at the market, the full fee will be charged.

WAMP design markets usually take place outdoors. For this reason, WAMP Event GmbH reserves the right to cancel the market at short notice due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, WAMP Event GmbH will inform exhibitors as quickly as possible using the contact details provided. Weather-related cancellations will be communicated no later than Thursday before the market Saturday (48 hours before the event). In the event of a weather-related cancellation, exhibitors will either receive their participation fee back or it can be transferred to another market.

If the market is canceled due to force majeure, demonstrations, strikes, disaster situations, safety hazards, storms, etc., by WAMP Event GmbH, the participation fee will not be refunded.
